The Mentorship Program
Our mentorship program is open to anyone who identifies as a woman and is based in the UK, from all sectors of the industry (hospitality, brewing, marketing, chemistry, etc.). Whether you’re starting a career or a project in beer, the mentorship gives you the chance to be paired with experienced women of the beer industry who will be able to give you skills, advice, and access to a wider network.
What you’ll get as part of the programme
Each of the mentees who enter our Mentorship Programme benefits free of cost from the following:
3 individual sessions with a mentor
1 in-person field trip to meet their peers and learn about the industry (malting plant, etc.)
Webinars and online networking sessions
WSET Qualification Level 1 in Beer
Access to the community of mentors and mentees on WhatsApp
Optional in-person networking meet-ups (BeerX, Brewers Congress, etc.)
